How Natwest and Marcus Rashford co-created a program that puts brand purpose at the heart of conscious business.
I’m thrilled to be sharing an incredibly exciting project I’ve been working on with Arthur London, consulting for NatWest. Over the past 3 months, we have been unlocking crucial insights to create and design a concept and program for NatWest in co-creation with Marcus Rashford. It’s a collaboration that we hope will help young people develop the self-belief, life skills and positive mindset they need to become who they want to be.
We spoke to young people to understand their unmet needs when it came to banking, what their emotions were around money and their relationship with it. Through market research, listening to communities and speaking to youth workers, we have allowed NatWest to truly align with the purpose of their brand in order to design a program that builds resilience in young people.
This is what it takes to build a product and service that pulls people in! By listening to exactly what your audience needs, not just wants, but what their pain points are, and discovering how you can help close that gap for them. At The Resilient, I offer consultancy services in brand strategy and future foresight analysis to anticipate the changing landscape of human needs and design products and experiences that shape a better tomorrow.
At The Resilient, we believe that with the power of resilience we can all be active agents, not just in creating our future, but THE FUTURE.
I’m incredibly proud to be consulting for Arthur London, NatWest, Marcus Rashford and everyone else who has been involved in creating the program.
